It’s a very merry un-birthday to you!

Thumbnail image for DSC00244.JPGLondon is still fine!, And still very intriguing, though I’m having a hard time doing school work! (I’m doing it all, it’s just I have no motivation sometimes haha). But why it is not dandy? So I was working on my paper for class and I decided to check Facebook and I saw a rather unsavory Facebook status from another in my class that told me to check my PSU e-mail…I did so and I got a beautiful email that held the fallowing info :

“An unusually toxic version of the “Montezuma’s revenge” bacteria known as enterohemorrhagic E. coli, or EHEC,  is sweeping Europe this week and is now thought to be responsible for at least 17 deaths and over 1,500 cases of severe illness known as “hemolytic uremic syndrome.”… Anyone traveling to Europe should be aware of the situation and avoid the   consumption of raw vegetables until the situation is resolved.” From HTH World Wide.

I’d just eaten raw tomato in a salad 😐 . And the UK is known as a place where some of the illness and or one of the deaths have occurred. Fantastic right?

I’m okay though, no problems! Not sick at all! So all is good… at least for me. I hope everyone else is okay though! And if you start feeling sick….go to the doctor please!!

I’m uber excited to recount though, that this past Saturday my Flat Mate and I went out to see the Rehearsal parade for The Queen’s Birthday (which will be celebrated this coming saturday)! We’re totes going to the actual parade too…but I digress. I have a bunch of pictures! I guess Prince William, Duke of Cambridge was there, leading one of the regiments? I have pictures of all the leaders and I don’t see him? Eh, who cares. Would have made for a pretty amazing pictures though right? Haha It was amazing though! I even caught a quick video of one of the bands that played. Yeah that’s right ONE OF THEM!!

The other one played on horses! I thought Blue Band was good, but hot damn! Serious Talent right there! The horses where so gorgeous!

And onto other news, went to the National Gallery, BEAUTIFUL paintings there. I obviously couldn’t take any pictures in there, but I didn’t think of getting any of the place, but trust me when I say it’s huge! There was also a protest going on in front when we arrived…I wish I could remember what it was for! My Flat mate and I also went to Westminster Abby and up close to Big Ben… obviously Buckingham Palace haha it was so amazing! Also….i got a tan….i came here with the thought that I’d either stay pale or get whiter…not get darker! So pleasant surprise there! So much Happened! We also had a lot of people come up to us asking where things where, and how to get to certain places. Made us feel good! Haha. London is still amazing and I wish I had more than 3 weeks left! I’d tell more but I really have to finish this paper!  CYADSC00293.JPGThumbnail image for Thumbnail image for DSC00278.JPGThumbnail image for DSC00259.JPGThumbnail image for DSC00275.JPGThumbnail image for DSC00283.JPG
