Barcelona Endings

We spent another day in Barcelona at a huge cathedral, Sagrada Familia. It is the world’s most visited construction site and his been being built for 120 years! Sagrada Familia was also designed by Antoni Gaudi.  The cathedral is so extravagant and massive  just being in the place made me feel so tiny.

We paid a few extra Euro to take a trip up into one of the towers which was totally worth it. The view  from the towers were great. Being that high up also allowed us to admire the detail work more closely than seeing it from the ground.

(We got to go into two of these towers)                                 (View from the tower)

We (Allison and Sam) spent the rest of the day relaxing. We went out for lunch, shopping and got gelato on the way back to Colin’s apt.

Barcelona is so beautiful! Of the places I went there I was never disappointed. We went to Parc Geull, climbed Mount Monserate, and we walked around the beach and Les Rambla. Two of the friends I went with went to the Picasso Musuem and loved it as well. Have fun on your trip!
