大家你好!! Hello everyone!! My name is Zhuo Qing Chen or preferably just Qing/ Ching. I am a junior majoring in Business and minoring in Chinese. This will be my first time studying abroad in Shanghai, China this summer 2011. I am excited and really looking forward to going. While I am there I will be taking a chinese language class as well as an international business class. I will be attending East China Normal University, 华东师范大学. In about two weeks I will be in China for the first time. My dad will be accompanying me there as my mom did not want me to go alone. Since taking classes at Penn State, I’ve wanted to go abroad. I’ve heard from others, that the one thing they regret in college is not studying abroad. I believe it really is a wonderful opportunity to explore another culture and to learn more about yourself. I hope that through this program, I will be able to make new friends, learn, travel and explore all that Shanghai has to offer.
